Quotes & Pricing

All project quotes are provided individually based on the scope discussed. No website project quote will exceed $1000. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the project scope changes significantly after work begins, with your agreement.

Project Process

Projects generally proceed through quote, design/development, review and revision, and launch. Reasonable revisions are included as part of the agreed project scope; requests that significantly expand the original scope may require an updated quote.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

Ownership

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets (such as stock photography or premium fonts) which remain subject to their original license terms.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins and communicated directly with each client.

No Guaranteed Rankings

While every website includes on-page SEO best practices, Martin Websites does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Martin Websites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or delivered website projects, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
